How does the salary to hourly calculator work?
It divides your annual salary by total yearly hours (hours worked per week times weeks worked per year) for the hourly rate, then divides the annual figure by weeks per year for weekly pay, by 12 for monthly pay, and by 26 for biweekly pay.
