Concurrency Throughput Calculator
Estimate request throughput from concurrent workers and average task duration locally in your browser.
Enter the number of concurrent workers and the average task duration in milliseconds to estimate throughput using Little's law: throughput equals concurrency divided by average task duration. Optionally enter a batch size to see how long that many requests takes. The estimate runs locally in your browser; your values are not uploaded or stored.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about this tool, how it works, and privacy.
What does the concurrency throughput calculator show?
Enter the number of concurrent workers and the average task duration in milliseconds. The calculator returns the estimated throughput in requests per second, minute, and hour using Little's law. For example, 50 concurrent workers with a 200 ms average task duration give about 250 requests per second.
Which formula does the concurrency throughput calculator use?
It uses Little's law: throughput equals concurrency divided by average task duration, or requests per second equals workers divided by (duration in ms divided by 1000). Doubling the workers doubles the throughput, and halving the task duration doubles it as well.
Which inputs are accepted?
Enter a whole-number worker count from 1 to 1000000, an average task duration from 0.001 to 1000000 milliseconds, and optionally a whole-number batch size from 1 to 1000000000000. Missing required values, non-numeric text, and values outside these ranges show an error.
