Implementation Details

The ingress gateway receives external webhooks and buffers events into persistent Redis queues with idempotency checks to prevent duplicate processing. ETL pipelines sanitize, transform, and validate data payloads before synchronizing with downstream CRMs, billing engines, and databases. When high-value or exception transactions occur, the system triggers interactive Slack notifications with contextual details, enabling managers to approve or reject actions with a single click. Every execution step is logged to an immutable audit database table.
